An individual hand-built dimmable/switched triple-bulb lamp built with upcycled wine bottle container, new rotary dimmer switch with skull-and-crossbones control knob.
Turning the rotary dimmer switch dims the central Edison-style E27 bulb, which is included.
An illuminated red switch on the right switches the outer E14 candle bulbs, which flicker.
An industrial tap on the front performs no task. It does not cause the box to open, revealing the long lost Faberge egg of the doomed Romanoff royal family.
The lamp rests on four rubber feet.
All electrics and electronics are new. The brown vintage fabric flexible twisted double insulated 2 core 1.4 meter cable is terminated with a black 13-amp plug, which complies with BS 1363, and is fitted with a 2 amp fuse. The other end is terminated with a black IP68 compression TRS M12 cable stuffing gland. Really, we didn’t just make that up.
The appliance is Class II as defined in IEC 61140 and has been tested.
