Returns Policy
The purchaser may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If a light bulb is broken on receipt of the item, then do not return the item but request that we send a replacement bulb.
Please note that most our products have a worn look; more shabby than chic. This is deliberate and we tend to try and maintain a weathered and/or non-symmetrical style. Where antique/vintage components are used, we often do little to change their original look
If you need to return an item, first please Contact Us identifying the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will initiate an EMail dialogue with you until successful conclusion of the return and resolution. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and the results of our inspection.
In the case of a damaged item, as our items are individually unique it is impossible to send an identical replacement item, so a refund is the best course of action. However, if you are smitten with your item, then we can attempt to effect a repair instead, if the failing part is replaceable. Alternatively, if you see another product in our catalogue that you wish for a replacement, then this can be arranged.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will inform you when the refund has been initiated.
Guarantee
The product is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase for all failures that occur during reasonable use and operation. Please read the safety document supplied with your purchase.
Shipping
Shipping is free in the UK and at Royal Mail prices in Europe. We reserve the right to use whatever courier we wish.
Wee do not sell to countries with 110V/120V supplies.
