Spot
A table/floor lamp built from a speaker stand and a stage spotlight.
The mains spotlight has been rebuilt and is no longer a 500-watt hot lamp, but now is low-wattage and low-heat, with a bright 12-watt standard E14 warm-white LED bulb. The lamp swivels in both the horizontal and vertical axes. It has a heavy glass fressnel lens that can adjust the spot size.
The 2.3-metre red fabric flexible twisted double insulated 3-core cable is terminated with a black 13-amp plug, which complies with BS 1363. The appliance is Class I as defined in IEC 61140 and has been tested.
